Causative verbs

Please, I want to know if I have to use accusative or dative case when I use causative verbs. :-S

Thank you Kadir. I saw the web site, but anyway I don't understand it yet, because in one sentence, they use accusative and in the other, dative.

1) Mehmed' E haberi bildirdik - We made the news known to Mehmet

2) Bugün, Mehmed'Í çalıştırıyorum - I am getting Mehmet to work today
