Ulaşmak istiyorum yüreğine.
Zordur seviyorum diyebilmek.
içinden gelen sese kulak verebilmek.
En önemlisi de sözünde durabilmek...
As usual poems can be interpreted many ways, and literal translations always sound clumsy, but anyway here´s my try
A poem is prepared for you
I hope you will enjoy (it)
I want to say the things that pass from my heart
(and) I want to reach out to your heart
It is hard to be able to say I love
to be able to give the ear the sounds that come from inside (me)
to be able to endure (love) is the most important (thing) and (to keep) the promise
