This sentence doesn´t make sense. But if we change atarsın to atacak it becomes meaningful.

You can throw everything into yourself but you can´t find a place to throw yourself.

Note:"içine atmak" literally means "throw into" But it has a metaphorical meaning too. It is "to keep (a worry/problem) to oneself"  I translated it literally because there is a wordplay about "atmak":  "içine atmak" and "kendini atmak"
