aq is abbreviation of a swear word. There is no spoiler button so I will translate it openly. It means literally f..k your/her  p..s.y. But we can tranlate it as "what the f..k"

Now I don´t know the context so both translations below can be correct:

1)Why is it in my mother´s phone?

2)What does he/she search for in my mother´s phone?

But first one seems more possible.
