I know that it´s suffix for imperative.
But I don´t understand what is the difference between:
Söyle! and
Söylesene!
For Serbs:
Is that maybe: söyle-reci! ; söylesene-reci bre! 
??
 

They are almost the same but söylesene is sweeter. Look here:

gel buraya: come here

partially polite order

gelsene buraya: will you come here, i will be glad if you come here.

formal, polite request:

buraya gelir misiniz. / lütfen buraya gelin. / lütfen buraya geliniz. / buraya gelebilir misiniz.

will you please come here, thank you.

Nemanja, yes, söyle! is like "reci" and söylesene is more polite, something like a suggestion/invitation to say something ("izvoli, reci...")
