correct...
long form: "has a charismatic look" , we shorten it usually.

halamın gülü karizmatic görünüyor yine.
gül: literally rose, someone who loved and cared by someone so much.

Why is it "my father´s" ? There is no baba?

It´s not a literal translation - "hala" means "paternal aunt", and it looks like Henry decided to translate this word as "father´s sister".

 

In Turkish, maternal aunt is "teyze":
