How do you begin a fairy tale and how do you end it in Turkish?

 

I know Bir varmış bir yokmuş... but I think I have seen another alternative also which I have forgotten.

 

In Arabic there is a long rhyme repeated in the beginning and in the end of a story  -  sending greetings to Prophet Muhammad at least  -  is there anything similar used in Turkish?

Evvel zaman içinde, kalbur saman içinde, develer tellal iken, pireler berber iken, ben anamın beşiğini tıngır mıngır sallar iken memleketin birinde bir padişah varmış...
