Yes. This is also very formal.

I´m using Rosetta Stone (no grammar explained) and they constantly use phrases such as: Lütfen mutfaktan sekiz tabak getirin. The accompanying pictures suggest that this is common language usage in Turkish (no royalty depicted here .
If this getirin adresses one person it is polite. But if it adresses more than one person it is normal. What makes it polite is lütfen.
