As the title says,what´s difference between those words.

I know it means "thanks" but what´s the correct and why.

Please tell me the definition for each word...Teşekkur,Teşekkurler,ederim,Sağ and olun

1)  Teşekkur ederim

2)  Teşekkur

4)  sağ olun

i think this explains alot of it.

1)  Teşekkur ederim

This is a formal and common saying.

You can say "Teşekkür ederim" to one you do not know well, or to your manager.

2)  Teşekkur

Turkish people do not say that, only foreigners say like this.

3)  Teşekkurler

This is informal and common way. When somebody helps you, you can use it.

Common. Literally short form of "Teşekkür ederim" . Similar to "thank you and thanks"

4)  sağ olun

"Sağol" is more common for to tell a person, "Sağ olun" is plural form of "Sağ ol". In my opinion, sağ ol is more common to reply greetings. For example;

A: Kolay gelsin - take it easy,

B: Sağ ol.

A: İyi yolculuklar. Have a good jurney.

B: Sağ ol.

or

A: Naber - what´s up

B: Sağ ol, senden naber - sağ ol, what about you.

In addition, when someone wishes something good for you or somene advise, you can use it.

A: Insallah herşey yolunda gider. I hope eerything

B: Sağ ol.

But if you say "Sağ olun" to one person, it becomes a bit formal.

5)  sağ

It means alive. You can not use it instead of "thank you".

what about sağolsun and sağolsın,are they both the same?

And is there any difference between them and sağolun?

Sağ olsun is the correct spelling. Because of vowel harmony rules, it can never be sağ olsın   although it might sound that way.

There is a difference between the 2 expressions,

sağolun means thanks

sağ olsun is often used in condolence expressions like

başınız sağ olsun which means my condolences 

 (literally something like let/may your head be healthy/alive)
