What this means:
Seninle görüşmek istedim.
Is that something like: Seni görmek istedim. ?

Seni görmek istedim.- I wanted to see you.

In daily Turkish, there is no difference between them.

Suffix -iş/-uş/-ış/-üş is added on verb stem: gör+üş+mek-to see each other.

Note that you always should use Instrumental case for verbs with that suffix.

Separated word: ile, or suffix: -le/la.
