f keyboard typing tutor or turkish dvorak layout

Hi does anybody now about a typing tutor for the turkish f keyboard or a turkish dvorak layout. I want to learn turkish but it´s to much of a hurdle to put in the turkish characters by clicking and I´m not keen on learning the turkish qwerty either.
