no, because then you have to prelong the "a". we don´t say "kitaaap". For "kitâbe" you are right but for "kitap´, that "a" is no more in usage.

You see elif? That means you should pronounce it longer than other letters. If we dont pronounce it that way, it is our shame {#emotions_dlg.lol}

We pronounce all the words of arabic origin wrongly anyway, not only kitap. if you want, you could say "kitaaab" in your daily life. {#emotions_dlg.lol_fast}
