weather translation lutfen

When you are talking about temperatures how do you say minus, as in minus 2 degrees

When you are talking about the weather in the past tense do you say" 20 derecedi or dereceydi" I have seen two different spellings of degrees and not sure which is right.

-2 degrees: eksi iki derece

 

Right one is: dereceydi.
