If you mean "feeling thirsty " then the second one is correct. 

Susamak = to feel thirsty. 

" susuz " ---> with no water [without water]

for instance, "Susuz köyde yaşayanların hayatı zor."  ---> Those who are living in the village with no water, is having a difficult life.
