Does this translation request relate to a real course?
Generally the number 101 refers to a basic or beginners level course, so the translation could be something like
a basic cultural exchange course
temel bir kültür değişimi kursu

Hello and thank you to each of the translators who contributed their thoughts. I am looking for a title for a blog about books, music, and films by international artists, so I like "Dünya vatandaşı" very much and think it will fit the concept for the blog very well. Wishing you all well, where ever you are in the world. -Rose
