Free Turkish Conversation Club In Istanbul (Intermediate Level)

Hi folks,

I´m teaching Turkish for a while and today we finished second beginner level course. This time, I decided to go on instead of starting another beginner level course.

This conversation club will be different than others. First, it will not be a LANGUAGE EXCHANGE CLUB. We will speak Turkish only and I will give some tips and teach grammar if it´s necessary.

We will start it by making some conversation exercises which you may have in daily life. I will read the whole text first, so students can get the correct pronounciation. Then, you will practise and try to understand. We will translate each line and I will give explanations about grammar when it becomes necessary. We will make these exercises in first weeks to improve our level and to have enough experience to create our own sentences. After that, I will only give some conversation scenarios and you will try to express yourself by your own sentences.

When we finish daily conversation exercises, we will choose a specific topic about life, politics, people, cultures, religions etc. One of us will write a short essay about the topic before and present it in the class. Then, we will try to discuss that topic together .

This is my plan but we may make some changes according to your needs and suggestions. We will start this on 25th March and I will ask you to take a test about basic grammar, first. Unfortunately, I will not accept absolute beginners because it requires basic grammar and vocabulary to proceed. You should get 50 over 100 at least to join...

Please send your e-mail address via pm to receive an example test.
