I am a little confused about this word and how I use it in a turkish sentence.

Can I say...Ben Londra´da çalişmaya gidiyorum.Or would I use "ise" instead?

I think if you use the word Iş  It means you are going to your place of work ,so if you are just going to london to work I think you use calışmak
