I still don´t get it completely. Aren´t there any simpler rules. What are the rules for cities? for instance: Ankara´dan, Ankara´ya. And why shouldn´t we add an apostrophe to simple words like ´´kuaförde´´ or ´´evde´´ or ´´dolapta´´

Yes, Ankara´dan and Ankara´ya are correct. Add the apostrophe for any proper name - similar to anything in English that would need to be capitalized.

Hard to answer why it is not used for simple words (i.e. regular nouns), just the way the language is, I suppose. Of course Turkish uses suffixes much more than English. So if you had to use the apostrophe for all words, just about every Turkish sentence would need at least one apostrophe somewhere.

Yes, all cities, all countries, all people´s names will get an apostrophe. Events, I think so, not sure.

In turkish this would be: beni bu video´dan mi buldun. Is the apostrophe correct? if so, why is videodan wrong. THanks

or places. Also called proper name. ---> Ankara´dan, Atatürk´ten .............

So, the loanword "video"  [although some say "vidyo" which is more Turkish way of saying it ] is in common noun category. Therefore it will NOT take an apostrophe before the ending. The correct way of writing it is videodan or vidyodan
