Yeah but he says it in his own unique way. Because it would be so absurd to say in daily life to say "Fadime is having a wedding in my head right now" you would laugh like hell. If you want to say your head is so full you say "kafam şişti" or "beynim durdu" or for a headache "başım patlıyo" etc
