Or maybe I can use, ´nerelisiniz´ as a polite way??

Actually facebook was trying to say please leave me alone.

Why is it sometimes you put the ´n´ before the rest of the suffix?

It functions as a buffer letter. Two vowels cant come together in Turkish. You cant say "arabaın" you must put n between vowels: arabanın
