My Try:

Eskinin nefret edeceği, annenin seveceği, senin sonsuza kadar birlikte olmak isteyeceğin kız benim.

"I´m the girl your EX will hate, the girl your mother will love & the girl you will want to be with forever"

Ben, senin eski kız arkadaşının nefret edeceği kızım, annenin seveceği kızım ve senin sonsuza dek beraber olmak isteyeceğin kızım.

(when I include "kızım" in each phrase it sounds redundant but i did that because your orginal text is like that)

Hope this helps. Best.

My Try:

Eskinin nefret edeceği, annenin seveceği, senin sonsuza kadar birlikte olmak isteyeceğin kız benim.

Correction : Eski kız arkadaşının nefret edeceği...

IMO: When you star the sentence with that phrase it sounds like the sentence is incomplate or apart of a dialogue that is befoer it. And one more thing is when you say "kız benim" it is might sound like an order in some situations. It sounds a litle bit despotic.
