there is a phrase in turkish when you want to wish someone luck in their work such as if someone is digging in the garden. I wrote it down but have lost it. Can anyone help please?

Can we use

hayırlı işler....?

hayırlı işler  "have a good business " , in other words, it is said to people who are doing business. 

when we enter into a shop or when we leave the shop, we can wish "hayırlı işler" to the people who are running the business.

But for the person who is  just  "digging in the garden" or  "studying", we just say " kolay gelsin " [ may it [work] come to easy to you" ]
