Arabasını ´his/her car´ (ACC)

Let´s go from right to left olur mu?

The last i/ı is accusative ending. It means these words are straight objects in a sentence.

The n is a buffer letter called the pronominal n. The rule is simple: always add n between the 3rd person possessive suffix and the case ending.

that precedes the pronominal n is a third person possessive suffix.

The plural examples are ambiguous because the LAR part can either denote that the objects are many or the owners are many or both are many:

Quote: Turkish2412

Bacaklarını ´their/his leg(s)´ (ACC)

Köpeklerini ´their/his dog(s)´ (ACC)

Parmaklarını ´their/his finger(s)´ (ACC)

And lastly, it is also possible to see the borders between the elements in another way which changes the person:

Quote: Turkish2412

Bacak|lar|ın|ı ´your legs´ (ACC)

Köpek|ler|in|i ´your dogs´ (ACC)

Parmak|lar|ın|ı ´your fingers´ (ACC)
