Sometimes while listening to folk songs I have paid attention to a glottal stop. You can hear many of them in this Selda Bağcan´s song for instance:

She pronounces yorgunum ara´maktan, sen yi´ne de gelmedin, gözle´rim yaşla doldu. Is this a dialectal feature or part of the folksy singing style?

It´s probably her way of singing folk songs. But some others has it too. It´s their dialect.

But some others has it too.

I remember one girl who has such strong glottal stops in her singing but unfortunately I forgot her name now.

If it was the dialect it should follow a certain phonetical pattern but I cannot see that pattern.

It sounds beautiful anyway.
