Use of suffix

How do we will recognized that , a specific suffix will be use for specified words. as in english grammer suffixes ed,es,ss etc are appended to the words.in terms of turkish language what are those suffix for sentence making. plz narate with example.

While you learn grammar topics, you´ll see which suffixes are used. That´ll be easier to recognise. But if you need a list of those suffixes, please check the links below:
