In case of I type suffixes such as mi, mı, mu, mü ;we follow the vowel harmony rule. but in case when Constant apperas at end of the word what would be the solution for this situation?

It doesn´t matter what comes before mi because you must write them separately. But I assume they are question suffixes, aren´t they?
