Sabahta çalışacaktığımızı dedik

Onlar bana  ülkemizde  emniyet kemeri  kullanmanın  ne zaman  zorunlu hale geldiğini  sordu.

 * the stress is on the "ne zaman", so i moved it near to verb.

 

2.  He  asked  me when I could come to his shop.

O dükkanına ne zaman gelebileceğimi sordu.

 

3.  We  said  we would study  in the morning.

Sabah ta çalışacağımızı  söyledik

We say   " sabahleyin  or just sabah   --> in the morning

 

4.  He asked  her  who the man was  who had come  in the morning.

Sabah  ta gelen adamın kim olduğunu sordu

 We say   " sabahleyin  or just sabah  --> in the morning

Sabah okucağızı söyledik. 

4.  He asked  her  who the man was  who had come  in the morning.
