Yaşıyor musun ? 

Thank you..which is best one to use....in a sarcastic/joke manner?

If  I had choose  I would go for   "yaşıyor musun "  ? but  "hayatta mısın " can be used as in sarcastic and joke manner too. First one is Turkish word [yaşamak] whereas the second one Arabic origin. [hayat]

Sometimes I ask: "Havent you died yet?"

Daha ölmedin mi?
