Sometimes two minuses make one plus. How does it actually work?

"Blaablaablaaablaaa" diye düşünmüyor değilim

                                  düşünmeyecek değilim

                                  düşünmemiş değilim

                                  düşünmez değilim

                                  düşünmüyor değildim

                                  BUT düşünmedim değil

is it?

More examples are welcomed.

All these have positive meanings because double negative is positive. You can make them negative if you make the verbs positive. Because one positive and one negative is negative.

Ex:

Düşünmüyor değilim = Düşünüyorum (Positive)

Düşünüyor değilim = Düşünmüyorum (Negative)

I was wondering how to translate düşünmüyor değilim. Maybe ´I am not saying that I don´t think´. Of course in the end it is affirmative but it also has a very sophisticated connotation I think.
