I can´t not to come.
You can´t not to go.. etc. ?

 actually, you say "I can not not to come" "you can not not to go"

There is no such structure in English but I guess I understand what you mean. Something like
I cannot abstain from coming
isn´t it?
In theory a form like *gelmeyemem could be built in Turkish but I don´t think Turks have noticed this yet.
Using the modality markers I guess gelmeliyim is as close as you can get.
Who knows, maybe there are some lexical means though. What about
gelmekten sakınamıyorum ?

Is there structure like: I can abstain from not comnig,and how to say that in Turkish?
Sorry again for English... I´m just guessing,it´s probably not correct.. It´s definitely not correct...
