The person who wrote it is working at a hotel so perhaps it is something to do with work?!

yardır + iyor = yardırıyor

yarmak = to split something in two

yardırmak = to have someone split something, to cause someone to halve or split something, to exert oneself

the iyor suffix is present continuous tense, for third person singular (he/she/it)

The word would need to be seen in the context of the discussion to give an accurate meaning, and work out who is causing the splitting.

yardırmak at a work means to work very hard (but mostly get less money).

yardırmak at a school means to study very hard.

yarmak is to make someone laugh too much in a talking.

in this case yardırmak is to be made yourself laugh too much.

noo need to say they are all slang, not recommended in a formal speech.

regular meaning of yar-mak is to split something into two parts.

odun yarmak: to split wood into two parts with an axe.
