I can´t change trip advisor without proving that it is a new restaurant with new managers. For that you need to send me proof that it is a new manager there, like a contract signed this year or a press release about the change of management. But you won´t have this because it is the same manager as last year, just the staff are better

This is why I can´t just start a new one. I will ask Trip Advisor about what to do about the bad reviews last year, but I think you will just need to ask people coming in to submit a review and then you will go up in the ratings. Everyone you have added on facebook should be able to write a review for you which will help.

Yeni yöneticileri ile yeni bir restoran olduklarını ispatlamadan seyahat danışmanımı değiştiremem. Bunu yapmak için bu yıl imzalanmış anlaşma ya da yönetimin değiştiğine ilişkin basın duyurusu gibi  orada yeni bir yönetici olduğunu ispatlayacak kanıt gerekiyor.
