Problem with Hotel. Help with translation

Merhaba,
i have one problem with hotel in Izmir, i stayed one night, but my credit card was charged twice, can someone please help to translate me this short mail into turkish? Thank you so much!
"I stayed in your hotel for 1 night on 21st of July together with my family - 4 people in 2 rooms - reservation number 780118714. After I checked my bank account, I found out that the payment was deducted 2 times - first time 11th of July - 51,42 EUR and second time on 22nd of July - 50,69 EUR. As you can see in the attachment this payment was deducted for the second time without any reason and therefore I would like to ask you to return my 50 EUR back to my account as soon as possible, otherwise I will take further actions."

21 Temmuz´da ailemle birlikte otelinizde 1 gece kaldım - 4 kişi 2 odada - rezervasyon numarası 780118714
Banka hesabımı kontrol ederken, 2 kez ödeme alındığını gördüm - İlki 11 Temmuzda - 51,43 Euro ve ikincisi 22 Temmuzda -50,69 Euro. Ekte göreceğiniz gibi hiçbir sebep olmadan bu ödeme ikinci kez alınmış. Bu yüzden en yakın zamanda 50 Euromu banka hesabıma iade etmenizi istiyorum. Aksi halde hukuki yaptırımlara başvuracağım.
Note. I interpreted "further actions" as "legal sanctions" and translated it that way.

Sorry to interfere but as a former communication teacher I always recommend positive approach. Simply because it gives better results. Even if the issue is annoying. Even if you think the receiver has done the mistake in purpose I would give the impression that it must have been a regrettable lapse and that I am sure they would be most willing to correct it as soon as possible because from what you have seen they always work in a very responsible way and blaablaaabblaaa...
They know you are not going to just forget it. They know there will be consequences. You don´t have to tell them that. If there is no result then you can start giving due dates and threatening with legal actions.
And of course it is up to you. Just my thoughts.

You could deal with me that way. Because I have shame. But some people doesnt even have a piece of it. It is best to be formal and strict.

I hate how some people charge extra money for everything from tourists. They take advantage of tourists absent knowledge about prices in Turrkey. They charge them 2 times to 10 times higher prices than the normal price. These kind of pepople have no shame. You cant deal with them with sweet words I dont say that hotel is the same. But mentioning legal sanctions can make them take you serious.

thank you for helping me with translation.
Of course i didnt want to sound rude or offensive, i just couldnt find the proper word for let them know that im serious, because when i found out my first thought was that i will never get my money back, but since i wrote them to the hotel and they wrote me back, that they should made mistake and soon they will send money back. So once again, thank you
i love Turkey, been there 12x, spent there more than 100 nights while travelling and this is first time when happend something like this, so it is still one of onehundred, but it was mistake, so everything should be fine
