The one who writes and the one whe wants are not the same person. You have to show this in the construction.

Simple MAK only works when the one who writes and the one who wants are the same person:

                          Sana yazmak istemiyorum. ´I do not want to write to you.´

Sana yazmamı istemiyor musun? Çok teşekkür ederim
