Help with letter translation

Hi guys, I help to organize a sport event in Turkey and am writing a letter to municipalities to let them take part in it. I have parts of it translated by a friend but now I need to do the rest. This is the English version:
This year the international team will start in Antakya on Saturday 28th September and will carry the flaming torch towards Kapadokya where it will finish on Friday 4th October. On [DATE] around [TIME] the team will reach [PLACE]. We will be very happy if you can welcome the team to your town!
We invite you to take part in the World Harmony Run by:
-
receiving the torch by the town representatives,
-
contacting local school(s) to get children involved,
-
contacting local athletic, runner or sports club to join us,
-
contacting local TV, radio and newspapers,
-
providing small police escort if local sportsmen are involved,
- providing light refreshments.
Please contact me soon by e-mail or telephone to discuss details. English is prefered but I can read and write basic Turkish.
And this is my feeble translation  If you can correct that I will be very grateful. It might be easier to write it anew, though.
Bu yıl uluslararası koşu ekibi Antakya´da 28 Eylül başlayacak ve Kapadokya´ya meşaleyi taşıyacak. Orada 4 Ekim sona edecek. [DATE] [TIME] sularında ekip [PLACE] meşalele koşaçak. Şehirinize bizim ekibimizi hoş karşılarsanız çok mutluyacağız!
Dünya Uyum Koşusuye katılmak için davet ediyoruz:
-
uyum meşaleyi resmen kabul etmek,
-
yerel okulun çoçukları katılmak,
-
yerel koşu veya spor kulüp katılmak,
-
yerel TV, radyo ve haberleri bildirmek,
-
sporcular katılırsalar küçük polis kavalyeyi sağlamak,
- hafif içecekleri sağlamak.
Ayrıntıları görüşmek için e-posta veya telefon ile kısa sürede bana ulaşın lütfen. İngilizce tercihli ama basit Türkçe okup yazabilirim.

Bu yıl uluslarası takım Antalya´da 28 Eylül´de başlayacak ve meşaleyi 4 Ekim Cuma günü bitiş yeri olan Kapadokya´ya doğru taşıyacak.Eğer takımı şehrinizde karşılarsanız çok mutlu oluruz. Date tarihinde Time sularında takımımız Place´e/a/ye/ya varacak.
