Sevgilim gözüm senden baskasini görmüyor seni çok seviyorum bana güvenmeni istiyorum ben sevdimmi tam severim.

I think it's someting like this:
My love, my eyes don't see anyone else but you I love you very much i want you to trust me i love loving you ( I'm not sure about this last part)

When I love,I LOVE COMPLETELY...The Last part means this

oh now I understood it!
it's sevdim mi tam severim (mi used in when meaning) first I thought it must be some mistake there...
