What you heard was probably...."noluyoo laa?" which roughly means "what is going on, dude?"

If a slang expression (or a badly spelled line) begins with n it probably has a question word ne or one of its derivates in it. That is because other n- words are relatively new loans and not such basic vocabulary. In Eski Türkçe ne was the only word beginning with n.

As I know ´lan´ is not so polite word. I could translate it in Russian easily but I sure it won´t useful
