Merhaba,

I need help to fully understand a comment discussion from an online group:

User1: Acil yardım! Arkadaşlar aranızda Türk lirasını 1.60 dan fazlasına çeviren var mı?

User2: senin kafan mi güzel kız kim vermiş ki 1.60 da üstü var diyorsun

I know the fact that it´s about exchanging Turkish lira to another currency.

So, I suppose the User1 said: "Urgent help (needed)! Is there anyone among you, friends, who exchanged Turkish lira for more than 1,60 ?"

(I´m not sure if -dan fazlasına really means "for more than")

And now User2: "Are you crazy girl? who has given that even exact 1,60 , you say (?)"

I really don´t understand the final statement... it starts with a question, like kim vermiş ki 1.60 da üstü var? (lit. there is who has given that in/also 1,60?) - that doesn´t sound very logical... and why is there the part diyorsun (=you are saying) appended at the end?

Please, anyone help me to translate those two statements. This is really important for me to understand them properly!
