Söyle olacagina varsin

varmak (to arrive)

olacağına varmak: to come to the result which has been determined before. / to end up in a result which has already been certain.

Hatta şöyle bir özdeyiş var (Furthermore, there´s a phrase like this) :

Her şey olacağına varır. (We can translate it as "everything becomes what has been determined before".)

(Because the orthography is bad in the sentence you have written, I couldn´t understand, if the word is whether "şöyle" or "söyle". And also the sentence is a bit unmeaningful to me. I can be more helper if you write the original of the sentence.)
