I think şaha kalkmak means the action when a horse rises on her rear legs. So, mutluluktan şaha kalkmak must be something like ´jump out of happiness´. Maybe this figure of speech is not the most accurate here because the whole sentence makes

              Does she still jump out of happiness like on the first day while lying under you?

Maybe English speakers would use another expression here to express the happiness but I will not guess which one.

Your translation is nearly perfect....

that sounds so bad as it happens they are talking about a motorbike, as the person worships his bike. They joke and call it his wife.
