sana = to you

sağır = deaf

olanlar = the ones that are

sağır onlanlara = to those that are deaf (don´t hear)

dilsiz = without a tongue, voiceless, mute 

olacaksın = you will be

You will appear voiceless to those that are deaf

or in other words ....

It´s no good talking to those that wont hear you
