The possessive can be used with some quantifiers to express the meaning of "most of us", " all of them ". The same structure can be used with cardinal numbers as well to express the partitive meaning, such as "two of them". Some examples ;

[bizim] üçümüz  --> three of us

[bizim] yarımız ---> half of us

[bizim] bazılarımız --> some of us

[bizim] hiçbirimiz ---> none of us

[bizim] hepimiz ----> all of us

[bizim] çoğumuz ----> most of us

-------------------------------------

[sizin] üçünüz  --> three of  you

[sizin] yarınız ---> half of you

[sizin] bazılarınız--> some of you

[sizin] hiçbiriniz ---> none of you

[sizin] hepiniz ----> all of you

[sizin] çoğunuz ----> most of you

-------------------------------------

[onların] üçü  --> three of  them

[onların ] yarısı ---> half of them

[onların ] bazıları ---> some of them

[onların ] hiçbiri---> none of them

[onların ] hepsi ----> all of them

[onların ] çoğu ----> most of them

The method of making pronouns by adding possessive suffixes into adjectives actually makes the category of pronouns open. I think this is one of the specialities of Turkish.

Can you use describing adjectives the same way:

                       ?bizim zeki(ler)imiz ´those ones of us who are clever´   ?

Yes, you can use for sure. For instance ;

Bizim en zekilerimiz eskiden Amerika´ya okumaya giderdi. Beyin göçünün son yıllarda azalmakla beraber hala küçümsenmeyecek bir düzeyde olduğu yadsınamaz bir gerçek.

In the first sentence above," bizim en zekilerimiz "[ the most clever ones among us [of us] ]
