i´m diving in the deep side,trying to get the gist of some nasreddin hoca fıkrarları.this sentence is a mystery to me.ayrıca,hoca´nın küçük bir tepeyi dağ haline getirdiğini belirtir.PLEASE HELP

My try as learner would be:

 

Besides, it shows that Hoca turned a small hill into mountain.

 

But, as usual with my translation attempts, it will be better to wait for our experts.
