PROBLEM !
My friends taking a vacation in Greece tell me that they find it impossible to hire a car and drive around Greek cities, since all traffic direction signs are written in Greek alphabet..
I told them that it was natural and that they should have mastered the Greek language, before going threre.

unfortunately you will met the same problem with cyrilic alphabet used in some countries in Europe.....(I beg all memebers of TC to not take it personaly, thank you)

In my opininon, traffic signs should be in local alphabet and writing system BUT under that writings, at least in important ones it can be written in english or english/french both in a smaller size, maybe half size. In countries using latin alphabets, for local names this isnt necessary but for important signs such as "STOP" multilanguage preferred.

all you have to do is remember your algebra and trigonometry knowledges...they are using Greek alphabet....
