( You say she use to wear fancy clothes - do you mean to say "she likes wearing nice clothes" ? if so, I would change the above to  Çik giysileri gimeyi seviyor)

When you say "sanat galerilerini"

I think its because Art Galleries is a "compound" which translates as sanat galerileri

and because it is also a specific object it becomes sanat galerilerini
