I need to translate this piece of text, sort of technical:

"He announced that by the year 2000, the machine will have a 30% chance for successful imitating human intelligence for 5 minutes in front of an average person."

My try:

"2000 yılına kadar, makinenin ortalama bir kişiye karşı beş dakikadır insan istihbaratını başarılı taklit etmesi için %30 şans olduğunu belirtti."

I´m not sure about expressing the ...% chance in Turkish, so all corrections will be dearly welcome

I guess the word for ´chance´ is ihtimal here.

                  yüzde otuz ihtimalle

                  yüz ihtimalden otuz ihtimalde

                  yüzde otuz ihtimal var.

But wait for natives to correct or confirm it.

I´ve found many similar sentence examples in google and in most of them they use the expression "ihtimalle" like Abla suggested...

Is that really incorrect to say: Makinaların 2000 yılında yüzde otuz ihtimalle ortalama bir insan önünde insan zekasını beş dakika boyunca başarılı bir şekilde taklit edeceğini duyuruldu. ??
