The crying creature who uses even "let them not build houses on high hills"* as an excuse is called a woman.

* the first line of a famous song sung at henna parties, lamenting the fact that a girl leaves her village and goes to her husband´s village when she gets married

Thanks,Marion,for your explanation!

I still have a question:what do they mean by "let them not build houses on high hills"?

Sweetykız,

Bu, genelde düğünlerde gelini ağlatmak için çalınan ve söylenen bir halk türküsüdür. (This is a folk song that is played and sung in the wedding ceremonies so as to make the bride cry.)
