Interesting usage of "diye" with  "ne"  ---> Ne diye 

  " ne diye " can be used  as  " why " [ why on earth ! ] 

It is type of exclamatory phrase that is used as a negative  reaction to something that we are not pleased with.

Ne diye beni bekletiyorsun saatlerce ? 

Why on earth you are making me wait for hours ?

Ne diye bana haber vermedin ? 

Why on earth you didn´t inform [tell] me ?

Ne diye benimle dalga geçiyorsun ? 

Why on earth you are making fun of me ?
