Quite often over the internet I come across sentence structures where a verb with -yor- suffix is directly followed by the Aorist form olabilir?

For example:

*Akupunktur plasebo etkisi yapıyor olabilir

*Yunanistan´da dev doğalgaz rezervi bulunuyor olabilir´

But -yor- forms can never make for a particle or noun, can they? So how is it possible that the Aorist form follows them like they were nouns? Shouldn´t it be for example Yunanistan´da dev doğalgaz rezervinin bulunması olabilir? Then we got a noun, so everything´s all right.

Yunanistan´da dev doğalgaz rezervi bulunabilir.

I think instead of saying bulunabilir, people say bulunuyor olabilir. I dont think it is a correct usage. But I am not sure yet.

Simply --->  it is possible [possibly] that something is happening 

                 Akapunktur plasebo etkisi yapıyor   olabilir. 

                  It is possible  that acupuncture is making [causing] plasebo effect.

                  Or;

                  Possibly, it is the acupuncture that is causing the plasebo effect.

                   Or 

                  Acupuncture might be causing the plasebo effect.
