PS: What does sabah sabah kalkmiŞ means? i know sabah is morning and the verb kalk is to get up, but is sabah sabah kalkmiŞ a expression?

Beni aramaya çalıştığını biliyorum, fakat ingilizce konuşan ve böylece (böylece is not wrong here but the sentence sounds better without it imo) de bize tercüme konusunda yardım(cı edebilecek (if you say "yardımcı" you must write olabilecek istead of edebilecek) bir tanıdığın kimsen(IMO "kimsen" does not sound right here. It sounds like we talk about an abandoned person if you use "kimsen".) olmadığı sürece yoksa bu konuşmayı yapmak iletişim kurmamız çok zordur.

At the end my version looks like this: Beni aramaya çalıştığını biliyorum, fakat ingilizce konuşan ve tercüme konusunda bize yardımcı olabilecek bir tanıdığın yoksa iletişim kurmamız çok zor.
